We are RP(Q)s operating out of Ontario, Canada. We provide affordable therapy on a flexible schedule to those who are seeking long-term support.

We utilize an integrated approach to therapy, tailoring the therapy to fit you. We are an inclusive space for all. Our therapists are BIPOC, trans-informed, and LGBTQ2+ allied. We practice psychotherapy through a trauma-informed lens. We operate within a Culturally Responsive social justice framework. We practice a holistic, person-centred approach so that you feel seen and heard. Our practitioners are licensed under the CRPO to practice the Controlled Act of Psychotherapy. Our Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) are supported by Clinical Supervisors to provide you with the best care possible. We are currently licensed to provide therapy to those in Ontario as well as British Columbia.

Our affordable sessions are eligible for reimbursement under most health insurance plans*. We offer a sliding scale of $40-$75 per session based on financial need. We also offer extended sessions.

We integrate the following therapy techniques into our treatments: Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Counselling, and Addictions Counselling.
